You're invited to the 2023 U.S. Senior Challenge, June 5-8 at The Canyon Club in Albuquerque, N.M. With a typical player roster that looks like a "who's who" of nationally ranked players, the WAGR power ranking is sure to rival the top senior amateur tournaments in the world.
Now in it's 38th year, The U.S. Senior Challenge was the nations first senior amateur golf tournament giving 4-man teams from different states the opportunity to compete against each other. Much like a college tournament, The U.S. Senior Challenge is a tournament within a tournament, with both team and individual champions being crowned. FORMAT: The best three of four 18-hole rounds are counted each day. This is a national ranking tournament so competitors must hole out on each hole regardless of score.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The U.S. Senior Challenge is certified by The USGA and R&A as a World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) counting tournament leading to 20 exemptions into the 2023 U.S. Senior Amateur to be held at Martis Camp Club in Truckee, CA.
